Science Database APP Design

In the science of medical and molecular imaging, contrast agents are substances used to enhance the visibility of internal structures in different imaging techniques. This app is used to log and identify the thousands of contrast agents currently being used in the field. Users can search by name or modality to locate the agent and all its data. The challenge: take mundane yet highly detailed information and make it engaging and accessible. I achieved this by creating a background that combines art and science with vivid color and graphics not usually seen in this market and by using distinct visual organization of the interface and data.
